River City Review

More than an album, River City Review is a community soundtrack that amplifies voices often unheard. JAM McNorton is developing River City Review, a public service initiative that uses music as a catalyst for healing and civic engagement. At the heart of the project is a compilation album featuring songs written by JAM McNorton, produced by Derek DOA Allen, and performed by a diverse collective of Sacramento’s local artists.Each recording represents a collaborative effort to unite artists, storytellers, and community members in demonstrating that music can inspire understanding, restore dignity, and strengthen neighborhoods.
